Major & Year in School: Graduated May 13’ with my bachelors of Science in Interior Design.
Employment/Internships: I interned at FITCH Design, Scottsdale last summer and was a design assistant at Anza Environments, Inc. this summer. I also volunteered at Dubai Fashion Week in 08‐09.
Why you want to be a contributing writer on Simply Audree Kate: Ever since I worked Dubai Fashion week I have been looking for a way to enter the fashion world, either small scale or large. This seemed to be the perfect way to get my ideas about fashion out as well as do something I love on the side!
Your style icon(s): While my original style icon will always be Twiggy, more recently I like to follow celebrities of the likes of Olivia Palermo and Zoe Saldana.
What is your personal style: Classy but fun.. Edgy but comfortable!
Clothing item I can’t live without is: A pair of dark skinny jeans.
Favorite beauty item: Clinique’s “dramatically different” moisturizer.
Biggest Celeb Crush: I have a bunch! Naya Rivera & Emma stone are just a couple.
Every woman should own: A basic white tee. You can pair it with anything!
Fashion trend that should have never happened: Fake hair scrunchies.. I hope they never make a comeback!
Best accessory for an outfit: A giant statement ring!
Interesting fact: I grew up in Dubai and only moved to the USA for school at ASU, and will now be moving to San Francisco to start my career as a junior designer!
