Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a fun weekend. Spring is officially in full swing which means so is wedding season! One question that I get asked the most during the busy spring and summer season is, “what do I wear to a wedding?” There are a few different categories to weddings: black tie, “city” chic, casual, and destination/beach. Today I created the perfect “What to Wear to a Wedding Guide” for you all! I have reasonable, stunning, and one of a kind dresses for every category!Enjoy! xo

Black Tie

This is one of the most formal wedding dress codes. The wedding is at night, and women typically wear a floor length gown or nice cocktail dress. If the wedding is Black Tie Optional, you can get away with something a little more casual or playful.

City Chic

A ‘City Chic’ wedding is the modern wedding at a cool gallery or event space. You should have fun with this look. Opt for cocktail-party attire in bold colors or prints! A nice cocktail dress pairs well with strappy heels or a chunky heel.

A casual wedding means that the wedding will most likely be held during the day. The attire is much more laid back; ladies should typically wear a nice summer dress. Pair these sun dresses with either nice sandals, mules, or block heel.

For a destination or beach wedding you want to pack light and clothing that doesn’t easily wrinkle and is generally easy to pack. Think maxi dresses, light colors, and light fabrics. You can also toss in a pair of sandals and light jacket in case it’s cold at night.
