7 Valentine’s Day Makeup Looks

No matter what your plans are for Valentine’s Day, we have a few makeup ideas to finish off your look for the holiday (and if you’re looking for an outfit inspiration, see our post HERE).

Try a monochromatic pink or red look, a not-so-perfect lip stain, or even take a complete turn and ditch the typical pink and red hues for a punk smoky eye. Keep scrolling for some of our favorite looks for Valentine’s Day.

All Things Pink

Keep things sweet this Valentine’s Day with all things pink. We want to see pink lips, eyes, and cheeks. A tip: double your blush as an eyeshadow if you don’t own any.

Not So Normal Red Lip

Red lip for Valentine’s Day? Shocker. This season instead of going for a classic red, choose a crimson lip stain. No need for a lip liner, just push the color into your lips with your finger and embrace the “just kissed” look.

Holiday Inspired Smokey Eye

Smokey eyes are a date makeup staple, so this V-Day switch things up and create a red smokey eye. It’s festive and will set you apart from others. The eyes are the MVP of this makeup look, so pair it with a natural lip.

Pearl Eye Embellishments

We’re loving the recent Eurphoria-inspired makeup trend. The pearls add a nice feminine twist to the look and no need for any additional color, just keep your skin clean and top off with a nude lip.

Glossy Eye

Swap out your go-to matte eyeshadow for a glossy lid. Finish off your shadow with a little gloss or find a creamy shadow for an easy one-step look.

Punk Lids

Punk lids is a not-so-typical V-Day makeup look. To create this look, grab your eye pencil, mascara, and the darkest eyeshadow you own! This is perfect for those who are anti-Valentine’s, or just someone looking for a spin off the go-to red and pink makeup looks.

Natural Glow

Sometimes it’s best to keep things simple and just add a little natural glow to your skin. Add extra bronzer and highlight to your cheeks and highest points of your face to accomplish a natural glow.
